If you’re having issues with your item, please visit our Help Center through the Settings tab in your verybingo app. You can contact us by going to Help, tap on “Help Center” listed under that, and then “Contact Us”. Select “Redemption Claim Center” and fill out the form to us, detailing the issue.

If an item is damaged or defective, a return is required in order to issue a refund.
Upon approving your return request, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label for you to print out. We do not send return labels through the mail. All returns MUST use our return label and be post marked and shipped within 30 days of your estimated delivery date in order to qualify for a refund.
