If the Estimated Delivery Date has passed and you did not receive your item, please visit our Help Center through the Settings tab in your verybingo app. You can contact us by going to Help, tap on “Help Center” listed under that, and then “Contact Us”. Select “Redemption Claim Center” and fill out the form to us, detailing the issue.

Please be sure to submit through the correct form or your inquiry may not be addressed in a timely manner.
Note 1: Because gift cards are the equivalent of cash, we are unable to refund or replace if lost or stolen.
